Profhilo Structura is an advanced injectable treatment designed to restore facial structure and support skin quality by targeting deeper layers than traditional Profhilo.

Profhilo Structura uses next-generation hyaluronic acid technology, known as NAHYCO® Hybrid Complex, to deliver a highly concentrated formulation that spreads smoothly and evenly through the tissues.
Unlike products that simply sit beneath the skin, Structura works by stimulating your own cells to produce more collagen and elastin, while also supporting the natural fat layers that gradually reduce with age.
The result is skin that feels firmer, stronger and more elastic, with better hydration and a gentle lift to facial contours. This approach creates a refreshed, natural look without the heaviness or “overfilled” effect that some treatments can cause.
You will undergo a thorough consultation in clinic to determine whether Profhilo Structura is the most suitable and beneficial treatment for your needs.
Unlike standard Profhilo, which is placed using the Bio Aesthetic Point (BAP) technique across the skin surface, Profhilo Structura is delivered more deeply using a fine cannula into key supportive areas of the mid-face, such as the cheeks and jawline.
There may be a small amount of short-lived stinging or discomfort, though most patients find treatment very tolerable. A numbing cream can be applied beforehand to make the experience more comfortable.
Patients can usually resume normal activities straight away. Mild redness, swelling, or bruising can occasionally occur at the entry points, but these effects tend to settle within 24-48 hours.
Profhilo Structura is usually carried out over two sessions, four weeks apart.
Following post-treatment aftercare recommendations will ensure that your recovery is quick and treatment risks are minimised.
- Avoid exercise for 24 hours after treatment.
- Avoid excessive heat for 24 hours after treatment.
- Avoid rubbing or massaging the area for 24 hours after treatment.
- Avoid use of make-up over the puncture sites for a minimum of 6 hours; ideally wait until the following day.
- Mild redness or small bumps may occur and settle within 1-2 days.
