Terms & Conditions

Welcome and thank you for choosing to have your treatments with us!

Please have a look at the detailed information and pricing for your selected treatment on our website. This will allow you to have a clearer idea of what the treatment might involve and the costs that you might expect on the day.

Please note that aesthetics treatments are only offered to patients above the age of 21 and skin care treatments are only offered to patients above the age of 18.

Bookings

Appointments are booked via our dedicated online booking platform, GlowDay.

By booking your appointments you agree to the below terms and conditions.

Once your booking is finalised we will be in touch with your confirmation email which will have the details of your appointment and will contain a link with a medical questionnaire. It is vital that you fill this in before your appointment so that we have information on your past medical history in order to allow your treatment plans to be tailored accordingly. If you are returning patient, please let us know on this form if anything has changed since your last visit.

You will also be sent a pre-care email with some important information regarding your appointments and treatment. This will also contain your consent form. Although we do not want you to sign your consent prior to the appointment, we strongly encourage you to read through all the relevant information and go through the form in preparation for your appointment.

An appointment reminder will be sent out via email and SMS prior to your appointment.

Deposit and Cancellations Policy

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

At Dr Jenny Clinic, we understand that plans can change — and we aim to offer flexibility wherever possible. However, out of respect for both our clinical team and other patients, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.

Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment via your Glowday Patient Account at www.glowday.com. Simply log in and select the “Reschedule” or “Cancel” option. You will then be able to choose from available appointment slots.

If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, please contact the clinic directly. While we do not currently charge for short-notice cancellations or rescheduling, we appreciate early notice so that the slot can be offered to another patient.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with your treatment and your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In such cases, our no-show policy may apply.

Missed Appointments / No-Shows

If you do not attend your appointment and fail to notify us in advance, a no-show fee equivalent to 30% of the treatment cost will apply. This is outlined at the time of booking.

In the event of a missed appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you to ensure there is no emergency. If contact is made, the reason for non-attendance will be documented in your patient record, and where appropriate, a new appointment can be arranged.

We ask that all patients communicate any changes to their bookings as early as possible. Clear communication helps us maintain a respectful, reliable service for all.

Consultations & Treatments

All of our treatments will start with a thorough consultation. If it is felt that a particular treatment is not suitable for you or that an alternative may be best suited to help you achieve your goals, this will be discussed on the day.

Please note it might not be possible for you to have treatment on the day if:

1. There are any concerns raised during your consultation about your health or suitability of treatment

2. You have selected a top-up treatment without already being an existing patient or haven’t had the treatment recently (please see the detailed time-frames and costs related to top-ups on our price list)

3. You have an important event within 6 weeks from the treatment, as many treatments require a few weeks for the final result to settle and show or for swelling to resolve.

4. You have an active or recent (within 6 weeks) cold-sore or other infective disease affecting the areas to be treated.

5. You are actively pregnant or breast-feeding (for aesthetic treatments)

6. You already have incorrectly-placed filler that requires dissolving before new treatment is administered. We will always recommend you see the practitioner that provided the original treatment for dissolving where possible.

7. The consultation reveals any evidence of a body-dysmorphic disorder or unrealistic expectations of treatment. As a medical clinic our priority is your health and if it is felt that a treatment will harm rather than help your health and self-esteem we will not be able to offer you treatment.

For any queries get in touch via our contact form! We look forward to meeting you in clinic.
