How To Book

How to Book Your Appointment at Dr Jenny Clinic

A clear step by step guide to booking your consultation or treatment.

Booking Overview

You can book your appointment at Dr Jenny Clinic at any time through our secure online booking platform, Glowday.
Simply click the Book Now buttons dotted across the website, or click here, and you will be taken straight to our online diary.

Everything is managed digitally which gives you 24/7 access and the flexibility to book or adjust your appointment whenever it suits you.

The system also ensures you receive all the correct pre-appointment information, medical forms, and reminders.

If you are ever unsure, you can text or WhatsApp the clinic and we will happily guide you.

You can book in for a consultation or directly for a treatment appointment. All treatment appointments begin with a full consultation. Even if you book a treatment slot, there is never any pressure to go ahead on the day. You are welcome to come back another time once you feel ready.

You will never be charged twice for a consultation if you choose to split your consultation and treatment over two visits. Consultation fees are fully redeemable against your treatment.

Step by Step Guide

Step 1: Choose your appointment type

Select the consultation or treatment you would like to book.
Once you click on the appointment type, the diary will open and you can choose your preferred date and time.

Step 2: Create your account

You will be asked to create a Glowday account or log in if you already have one.
This ensures your booking details, medical forms, and confirmations reach you securely.

Step 3: Add your card details

You will be prompted to enter your card details.
No payment is taken at this stage. The card is used only to secure your booking.

Glowday does not currently accept Monzo, Revolut, or American Express for account registration.
If you use one of these banks, you can enter a different card to complete your booking.

In clinic, you can pay using any card you prefer. Payments are only taken at the end of your appointment.

Step 4: Confirm your appointment

Once your details are entered, click Confirm.

The final page will then ask you to:

  • review your details
  • agree to the terms and conditions
  • confirm your marketing preferences

Click Confirm Booking to complete your appointment.

This final step is essential. Without it, the booking does not go through.

What Happens Next

Confirmation Email

Your booking is completed once you receive an email titled “You’re booked in”, which contains:

  • your appointment details
  • your pre-care information
  • your medical questionnaire

It is important to complete your medical questionnaire before your appointment so your medical history is understood and your treatment plan can be tailored safely.

You will also receive an SMS confirmation.

Pre-care Email and Consent Forms

Before your appointment, you will receive a pre-care email.
If you have booked a treatment appointment, this will also include your consent form. You do not need to sign it in advance, but reading it beforehand helps you feel fully prepared for your consultation.

Appointment Reminders

You will receive an email and SMS reminder shortly before your appointment.

If your booking did not go through

If you entered your details but did not receive a confirmation email, the final step may not have been completed.

To fix this:

  • Select your appointment type
  • Review your details
  • Click Confirm Booking

You should then receive your confirmation email and SMS.

If you would like help with booking

If you are finding the online process difficult, we can start a provisional appointment for you to make things easier.

You will then receive a link to create your Glowday profile and you will still have to enter your details securely before the booking is finalised.

To begin this, please send:

  • your preferred date and time
  • your email address
  • your mobile number

Cancellations and Rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment through your Glowday account.

For changes with less than 48 hours’ notice, please contact the clinic directly so that Dr. Jenny can amend your appointment for you. While there is no fee for short-notice changes at present, early notice is appreciated so the slot can be offered to another patient.

If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify us, a no-show fee of 30% of the treatment cost applies as per the cancellation policy.

Treatment Suitability

All treatments begin with a thorough consultation. Treatment may not be suitable on the day if there is any contraindication that would make your treatment unsafe or if another option would be more appropriate for your concern.

Your safety and wellbeing always come first. We will guide you through all your options if anything needs to be adjusted.

Choosing the Right Appointment Type

If you are unsure which appointment type to book, choosing Consultation is always a safe place to start. This allows us to assess your concern, explore options, and plan the most suitable treatment.

Aesthetic Treatments

Aesthetic treatments on Glowday are already organised into clear categories.
You can simply choose the treatment you are interested in. Every treatment appointment includes a full consultation before proceeding.

Minor Surgical Procedures

Minor surgery appears in a single combined list on Glowday, which can feel a little mixed. If you know the type of lesion you would like removed, choose the option that most closely matches.
Do not worry about selecting the perfect category. We will examine the lesion on the day and confirm the most appropriate procedure.

What you can book under Minor Surgery

  • Cryotherapy for freezing skin lesions (one or multiple) – for small skin tags, keratoses, warts
  • Electrosurgery, snip or curettage (one or multiple) – for skin tags, keratoses, warts, sebaceous hyperplasia, cherry angiomas, venous lakes
  • Shave excisions – ideal for raised skin growths such as moles, large keratoses, thick warts or raised dermatofibromas
  • Full excisions – ideal for flat or deeply pigmented moles, some keratoses, persistent warts or definitive dermatofibroma removal
  • Cyst and lipoma excisions – in different size categories
  • Specialised procedures such as xanthelasma excision or keloid scar excision

Please note that keloid injections are found in their own category of  ‘Scar Treatments’ in the main treamtment menu

If you remain unsure or want to explore your options first, booking a Consultation is the best starting point.
