A routine follow-up review is arranged as part of your treatment to check healing and recovery. Additional follow-up reviews are complimentary if you have any concerns relating to a recent procedure.

Shave Excision – No Histology:

£450 per lesion

£150 for each additional lesion treated on the same day.

Suitable only for raised, long-standing, unchanged and asymptomatic lesions following clinical assessment.

Excision (shave, full or punch) – With Histology:

£650 per lesion

£300 for each additional lesion treated on the same day

Removal with histology is required for all flat moles and for any lesion that is new, changing, symptomatic or suspicious following clinical assessment. Any skin lesion undergoing full excision will alway be sent for testing as part of your treatment price.

Under 2cm:  £550

2cm – 5cm: £800

5cm + : £1000

Additional cyst removed on the same day: £350 per cyst

Please note: the clinic only treats skin cysts, not joint cysts such as ganglia, tendon cysts or genital cysts.

Under 2cm: £550

2cm-5cm: £800

5cm +: £1200

Additional lipoma removed on the same day: £350 per lipoma

Cryotherapy, Electrosurgery or Snip Excision

Single tag: £250

2-5 tags: £350

6-10 tags: £500

The quoted prices include the initial treatment and up to 2 follow-up treatment sessions. Any further sessions beyond this will be charged at £100 per visit, or alternative treatment options may be discussed.

Cryotherapy or Electrosurgery

Single Wart: £250 first session; £100 for subsequent sessions

2-5 lesions: £350 first session; £150 for subsequent sessions

6-10 lesions: £500 first session; £250 for subsequent sessions

These options are only suitable for small, isolated, thin warts.

Curettage and Cautery

1-3 lesions: £500 first session; £250 for subsequent sessions

4 and above or extensive lesions: £750 first session; £500 for subsequent sessions

Please note that multiple sessions may be required at 6-8 weeks apart.

Please note: the clinic does not treat genital or anal warts.

Electrosurgery

Single lesion: £250

2-5 lesions: £350

6-10 lesions: £500

Steroid injections:

1-3 scars: £200 first session; £100 subsequent sessions

4-6 scars: £300 first session; £150 subsequent sessions

7-9 scars: £400 first session; £200 subsequent sessions.

Please note that multiple sessions may be required at 4-6 weeks apart.

Please be reassured that if during follow up sessions we identify fewer scars needing treatment then we will drop to the lower tier follow up price so that you will not be over-charged.

Surgical excision +  Course of 3 Steroid Injections inclusive:

£1000 per scar

£600 per additional scar removed on the same day

Single lesion: £250

2-5 lesions: £350

6-10 lesions: £500

Single eyelid: £750

Each additional eyelid: £550

Histology is included as standard for all lesions that are new, changing, symptomatic, flat or clinically suspicious.

Any lesion undergoing full excision will always be sent for histological analysis as part of the treatment price.

For long-standing, unchanged, clinically benign lesions, histology is not routinely required and may be requested as an optional add-on at £200 per lesion, following clinical assessment.
